ANDHRA PESARATTU with INJI CHUTNEY

Andhra Pesarattu/ Pesaru uppuma/ MLA Pesarattu
Green gram -1 Cup, Raw rice -1 1/2 Tbl.sp,salt, ginger -1 inch , green chillies -3 , onion -1 ( For Grinding)
For sprinkling on top:
Fry together in little oil : sliced green chillies, Cumin seeds,finely cut onions.
Ginger Chutney : Grind together
Grated coconut -1 Cup, 3 green chillies, a piece of ginger , tamarind, salt, Jaggery.
Oil, Mustard seeds , Asafoetida
