2 large onions – finely cut, salt, Jaggery, big lemon sized Tamarind Squeezed with 2 cups of water,Curry Leaves, Oil, Mustard seeds, Asafoetida.
Roast separately and powder together:
Fenugreek seeds-3/4 tsp, Raw rice -3 tsps, Red chillies -8
